Business Solutions is a consulting firm specializing in the design of administrative and operational structure in meeting enterprise-wide goals and objectives. Founded in 1994 by Anne-Jeanné Rothchild, Business Solutions was conceived out of requests from entrepreneurial friends seeking advice and support to grow their businesses.

With over 20 years of entrepreneurial and corporate experience, Anne-Jeanné is a strategic and dynamic executive with proven experience in generating revenue. Her expertise is in strategic planning, fiscal analysis, contract compliance, bottom-line operational efficiency, and team development. She is most acknowledged for approaching situations with humor, creativity, and collaboration.

As a strong leader she has consulted with non-profit boards, local planning groups, and county supervisors on development, operational, and organizational issues. Today, our clients range from entrepreneurs to government agencies, small to mid-sized and global corporations in both the profit and nonprofit sectors.

Anne-Jeanné’s accomplishments include fundraising in the millions, scholarship and grant management in the tens of millions, budgeting and strategic implementation in the hundreds of millions, and improved efficiency and accuracy in the top percentile.

In her spare time, AJ (as we like to call her) has spent countless hours of volunteerism in the name of fundraising and advocacy for children & human rights.
