Result: A 90% increase in interdepartmental efficiency, State reports submitted accurately and prior to due date, cut head count by 2 consultants, improved company reputation through accurate and timely payments.
Global corporation
Problem: High turn over and change in corporate leadership combined with lack of communication through the ranks created poor morale. Employees were feeling undervalued, insecure, and defensive. Organization was experiencing 50% turnover.
Action: Using the Structure For Success® process key department leaders were identified and formed a task team focused on allowing the employees to reclaim their process and procedures.
Result: Employees saw positive outcomes such as greater efficiency. A greater sense of empowerment and connection affected overall morale resulting in an 80% drop in turnover (which reached normal levels within 6 months of establishing the new practices).
nonprofit organization

Subject matter expertise playing field became more level. Power Point presentation compiled to both educate the commissioners and deliver an accurate and consistent message to the community.

Entrepreneurial product inventor

Action: Using the Structure For Success® process cost analysis was conducted and a business / marketing plan created.

Charter high school
Problem: Client needed to produce 5 digit fundraising proceeds from a fundraising event vital to the sustainability of their program. Due to bureaucratic constraints and student family attrition, the school lacked the resources to run, and the event coordination experience to execute, a fundraising event meeting their goals.
Action: Using the Structure For Success® process the available resources were put to use. Rather than purchase expensive auction tracking software, Microsoft Excel was programmed to track event RSVP’s, auction item values, bidding results, and night of receipt printouts. In addition, our team building and negotiation skills were put to use in forming an event committee and contracting deep discounts with an event venue.
Result: The dinner/auction event produced 110% of projected goal and doubled that of the previous year’s event. The success of the event and the team building process had the added result of pulling the community together in celebration... just what their morale needed in the face of their other challenges.
